TEXT: Judges 7:1-22

[together on one slide]
Psalm 138:6 - For though the LORD is high, he regards the lowly, but the haughty he knows from afar.
1 Peter 5:5 - …God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.

Big Take Away: We should embrace weakness, because it protects us from pride
In our weakness…
the LORD protects his glory (v1-8)
- God loves to do things in a way that seems foolish to men, but displays his glory more clearly.
Build an ark in the desert. Escape through, not around, the Red Sea. Speak to a rock when you need
water. March around a walled city and blow trumpets when you want to defeat a city. Send a boy with a
slingshot when there is a giant in the land. Pour water on the wood at Mount Carmel before you ask for
fire to fall from heaven. Tell twelve men to feed five thousand with five loaves and two fish. - John Piper

- 1 Corinthians 1:22–24 - For Jews demand signs and Greeks seek wisdom, but we preach Christ
crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles, but to those who are called, both Jews
and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

- Ephesians 2:8–9 - For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is
the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

- Deuteronomy 20:8 - And the officers shall speak further to the people, and say, ‘Is there any man who
is fearful and fainthearted? Let him go back to his house, lest he make the heart of his fellows melt like
his own.’

- 2 Corinthians 12:9–10 - But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect
in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ
may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships,
persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
the LORD gives his assurance (v9-14)
- 1 Corinthians 15:56–57 - The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to
God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

the LORD provides his strength (v15-22)

- Judges 21:25 - In those days there was no king in Israel. Everyone did what was right in his own eyes.
- Zechariah 9:9 - Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold,
your king is coming to you; righteous and having salvation is he, humble and mounted on a
donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

- Matthew 21:6–9 - The disciples went and did as Jesus had directed them. They brought the donkey
and the colt and put on them their cloaks, and he sat on them. Most of the crowd spread their cloaks on
the road, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. And the crowds that
went before him and that followed him were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who
comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”

The Purity of Unity

2. Ephesians 4:1-16 (please arrange passage on a few slides as I read the passage in full)

3. “Paul wrote to expand the horizons of his readers, so that they might understand better the dimensions of God’s eternal purpose and grace and come to appreciate the high goals God has for the church” Walter Liefeld

3. Big Idea: Our goal in Christ is to pursue and maintain unity for the glory of Christ and the growth of the church.

3. 1. We are CALLED to Unity in the Spirit (vs 1-6)

4. Ephesians 4:1-6
1 I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call— 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

5. Unity of the Spirit
1:4- God Chose Us
1:5- God Predestined Us
1:7- God Atoned for Us
1:13- God Sealed Us
2:7- God is Rich Toward Us
3:10- God has Given Us Mission
3:17- God has Given Us Power

6. 2. We are to PURSUE Unity of the Faith (vs 7-14)

7. Ephesians 4:7-14

7 But grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of Christ's gift. 8 Therefore it says,
“When he ascended on high he led a host of captives,

    and he gave gifts to men.”

9 (In saying, “He ascended,” what does it mean but that he had also descended into the lower regions, the earth? 10 He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.) 11 And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, 12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, 14 so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.

8. 3. We are to PRACTICE Unity of Truth (vs 15-16)

9. Ephesians 4:15-16
15 Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.

10. Colossians 3:12-14

12 Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

11. REVIEW:
Big Idea: Our goal in Christ is to pursue and maintain unity for the glory of Christ and the growth of the church.

1 – PREACHING THE GOSPEL WILL BE PAINFUL – V. 12-13

	SUBPOINT 1A: Open doors come with opposition (V. 12)
SCRIPTURE SLIDE: 1 Corinthians 16:8-9 – But I will stay in Ephesus until Pentecost, for a wide door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.

SCRIPTURE SLIDE: 2 Corinthians 1:8 – For we do not want you to be unaware, brothers, of the affliction we experienced in Asia. For we were so utterly burdened beyond our strength that we despaired of life itself.

	SUBPOINT 1B: People come with concerns (V. 13)
SCRIPTURE SLIDE: 2 Corinthians 2:1,3a – For I made up my mind not to make another painful visit to you...And I wrote as I did, so that when I came I might not suffer pain from those who should have made me rejoice...

Repentance over Sin (2 Corinthians 7:9)
Reconciliation to God (2 Corinthians 5:20)
Recognition of our Love (2 Corinthians 6:13)

2 – GOD WILL USE YOU TO SPREAD THE GOSPEL – V. 14-17

	SUBPOINT 2A: God uses our suffering (V. 14)
SCRIPTURE SLIDE: 2 Corinthians 1:5-6 – For as we share abundantly in Christ's sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too. If we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation; and if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which you experience when you patiently endure the same sufferings that we suffer.

	SUBPOINT 2B: God uses our sacrifice (V. 15-16a)
SCRIPTURE SLIDE: Ephesians 5:2 – And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

SUBPOINT 2C: God uses our insufficiencies (V. 16b-17)
SCRIPTURE SLIDE: 2 Corinthians 12:10 – For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

SCRIPTURE SLIDE: 2 Corinthians 5:5-7 – For even when we came into Macedonia, our bodies had no rest, but we were afflicted at every turn—fighting without and fear within. But God, who comforts the downcast, comforted us by the coming of Titus, and not only by his coming but also by the comfort with which he was comforted by you, as he told us of your longing, your mourning, your zeal for me, so that I rejoiced still more.

1) Peace is paid for: joyfully unite (v2-5a)
Eph 3:14:
14 For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility
Tim Keller:
“Sisters, remember where you’re from. You’re citizens of heaven. Remember where you’re going, the glory. Realize and remember what Christ has done so this could be true. If your minds are filled with that, where’s the pettiness coming from? How could there be divisiveness in the presence of those ideas. If you think about that, how could you be petty? How could you be divisive? How the moroseness? Lift up your thoughts,” he says. “Lift up your eyes. You’re not seeing the big picture. That’s the only possible way you could be so upset with each other.”
2) The Peace of god is near: don’t be anxious. pray. (v5b-7)
D.E. Garland:
The anxiety Paul warns against is the kind that unhinges, paralyzes, and incapacitates one—“anxious, harassing care”. Paul is not calling for them to be indifferent toward life. The root idea of the verb “to be anxious” (merimnaō) is “to be pulled apart.”
Martin Luther:
“You cannot keep birds from flying over your head
but you can keep them from building a nest in your hair”
-
Michael Hugh:
The way to be anxious about nothing is to be prayerful about everything

3) The God of peace is here: IMMERSE YOURSELF (v8-9)

Title: Thats a good word about wisdom
Text: James 3:13-18
Big Take Away: True wisdom is revealed in the things that we do
1. True wisdom acts in a certain way
- 1 Peter 2:12 Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitation.
10 ways we can live with good conduct
(List derived from “A Letter to Diognetus”, Chapter 5: The Conduct of the Christians) 1. By storing up treasure in heaven
2. By being invested in the good of the city around us
3. By loving our children and considering them a blessing
4. By being hospitable to others
5. By being faithful in our marriages
6. By obeying the law of the land - through obedience to God
7. By loving our neighbours
8. By being content with little
9. By responding to insult with honour, patience, and prayer
10. By being patient and joyful in hardship
- James 1:21 - Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.
- This Christian meekness, or humility, comes from understanding our position as sinful creatures in relationship to the glorious and majestic God. It recognizes how unable we are in and of ourselves to achieve spiritual fulfillment or to chart our own course in the world. And this humility before God should then translate into humility towards others. - Douglas Moo
- 1 Corinthians 15:10 - But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me.
2. True wisdom brings certain results
False wisdom is…
1. earthly - isn’t concerned about the things of God or his will and purposes (Phil. 3:19) 2. unspiritual - ruled by human reasoning and human feeling (Jude 19)
3. demonic - from the devil - in conflict with the purposes and people of God (Eph. 2:2)
- Philippians 2:3 - Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.
- Ephesians 2:14 - For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility.
True wisdom is…
1. Pure
a. Peaceable - peace making
b. Gentle - not imposing strict measures on others
c. Open to reason - a willingness to yield to others, to be persuaded
d. Full of mercy and good fruit - a love for neighbour displayed in practical action e. Impartial - fair treatment of others
f. Sincere - transparent and consistent in character
- Galatians 5:22–24 - But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
- James 1:5 - If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.
Together on the same slide:
- 1 Corinthians 1:24 - …Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.
- Colossians 2:2-3 - …Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
- Ephesians 3:10 - so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.

Isaiah 55:1-7
Come to the Waters

Good morning or good afternoon Hope Church Toronto West. My name is Vince and I am one of the elders in the church. I have the privilege of sharing God’s word with you today. Let’s pray.
Thank God for generous love, his patience, grace
Take heed of the word today

Today’s text is from Isaiah 55:1-7, so let’s take out your bible and follow me as I read.

1 Come, everyone who thirsts,
    come to the waters;
and he who has no money,
    come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk
    without money and without price.
2 Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread,
    and your labor for that which does not satisfy?
Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good,
    and delight yourselves in rich food.
3 Incline your ear, and come to me;
    hear, that your soul may live;
and I will make with you an everlasting covenant,
    my steadfast, sure love for (G)David.
4 Behold, I made him a witness to the peoples,
    a leader and commander for the peoples.
5 Behold, you shall call a nation that you do not know,
    and a nation that did not know you shall run to you,
because of the Lord your God, and of the Holy One of Israel,
    for he has glorified you.
6 Seek the Lord while he may be found;
    call upon him while he is near;
7 let the wicked forsake his way,
    and the unrighteous man his thoughts;
let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him,
    and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

Context
We have a lot of text to cover today loved ones, so let’s get right to it. Here in Isaiah 55, we see a beautiful invitation from God offered to all people. but I want to give a bit of context before we keep going so that we know what's happening here in Isaiah 55. The book of Isaiah shows the judgement of God because of Israel’s unfaithfulness and the hope of restoration because of the faithfulness of God. The people of God had been unfaithful to God and in the first 39 chapters God is proclaiming judgement, that will take form in the capture and exile of His people. Then in Chapter 40 to 55, God is speaking to an exiled people about the future hope of restoration. Not just returning to Jerusalem but a greater hope of a renewed world. But despite being exiled God’s people remained unfaithful, so in Chapter 49 introduces this faithful Servant of the Lord. And In chapter 52 and 53 we see that this servant will suffer and so we have this famous passage that we hear often in Easter in Isaiah 53 verse 5
)But he was pierced for our transgressions;
    he was crushed for our iniquities;
upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace,
    (J)and with his wounds we are healed
And because of the suffering servant we have chapter 54. God shows his people how he will be a husband to them and his steadfast love will never leave them. Which lead us to our passage today. What should the response of the people be? How can be participate in this covenant of peace. That’s the context of chapter 55. God is now inviting people to come to him. There are so much to cover in these verses and I won’t be able to cover all of them but I want to highlight 2 main points today of God’s invitation. First:

God invites us to ….
Isaiah 55:1-3
Come!
1Come, everyone who thirsts,
    come to the waters;
and he who has no money,
    come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk
    without money and without price.
2 Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread,
    and your labor for that which does not satisfy?
Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good,
    and delight yourselves in rich food.
3 Incline your ear, and come to me;
    hear, that your soul may live;
and I will make with you an everlasting covenant,
    my steadfast, sure love for (G)David.

So what we see here in verse one simply a generous invitation from God to come to him but the question is
So who is God inviting?

Who?
Those who are thirsty
So let's let's look at verse one he says come everyone who is thirsty. God is calling the thirsty he's not only calling the righteous people or the good people or people that know a lot about the Bible or theology, no no no God is calling and beckoning those who are thirsty. those who have a desire to be quenched. pastor Jason talked about thirsting for God last week and we didn’t plan this, I didn’t know he was preaching on Psalm 63 and he didn’t know I was preaching on Isa 55, I think God wants to impress upon our hearts of to thirst for him. But the text goes beyond that, here God is calling all who are thirsty. You may not know you need God, you may not be thirsting for him. But you are feeling empty, you have been doing this and trying that, but nothing satisfies the emptiness, the thirst. You don't really know what's going to fill that thirst God is calling to you today, he is calling those who are thirsty those who are feeling empty. Have you been searching for something has the world left you wanting more? God is calling for you today to come.

Those who have nothing (v1)
Look at the text, there are two general types of people that God is calling today. First, are the ones that have nothing and know they have nothing. Verse one says he who has no money come buy and eat. God here is calling the destitute, the poor, the people who have no money. This can mean materially destitute but can also mean spiritually bankrupt. The people that know that they have done wrong, people that know they've sinned against God and they have done too many bad things. God is calling those people to come. Recall Jesus’ ministry, he's there with the broken, with the outcasts, with the poor, with the widows, with the orphans and he is there with the sinners and prostitutes and the tax collectors. Jesus says in

Matthew 5:3. Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Maybe some of you are struggling to make ends meet, or some of you may feel that you are too far gone, you have done too many bad things. God is specifically calling you to come to come to the waters, to come to him.

Those who thinks they have something (v2)
The second type of people are those who think they have something but actually don’t. Look at verse 2. Why do you spend money on that which is not bread and labor for things that do not satisfy.
Maybe you feel you do have something, you are not poor, you don’t feel that you are that bad. You are striving after what the world has to offer, looking for things that satisfy. You try to do good, earn your way to heaven, you try to find fulfilment in relationships, in your job, in making money, in getting approval from others, and on and on but what you have found is that over and over again these things just leave you feeling empty. You may feel happy for a moment but it’s fleeting. This is what Isaiah is saying here, Why are you spending your money on what is not bread and labor for thing do not satisfy.
In Jeremiah 2:13, God says
Jer 2:13 for my people have committed two evils:
(AB)they have forsaken (AC)me,
    the fountain of (AD)living waters,
and hewed out cisterns for themselves,
    broken cisterns that can hold no water.
that's what we do loved one often times we chase after this or that and the world shows is this and that but these are just broken cisterns that can hold no water and our souls are thirsty but we go to these empty wells empty cisterns, while God is there calling us this fountain of living water. but we choose to go to these broken cisterns. So today God is calling to people who think they have something, and chasing after what the world gives. He calls us to come and to look away from these things and come to him and find satisfaction in him. If that’s you today, the world has left you empty, God is calling you to come, come to the waters.

What will we find?
1Come, everyone who thirsts,
    come to the waters;
and he who has no money,
    come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk
    without money and without price.
2 Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread,
    and your labor for that which does not satisfy?
Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good,
    and delight yourselves in rich food.

Sustenance, Nourishment, Enjoyment
So what will we find when we come? Verse 1 and 2 Come to the waters, buy wine and milk, eat what is good, delight yourself in rich food So what does this all mean? We all need water to live, God is saying that will find what your soul needs, you will find life, you will find sustenance, you will find salvation. But it's more than that a lot of Christians stop here and say I believe in God and I have a ticket to heaven and that’s it, I guess I have to obey these rules. That's not what this is about, that’s religiosity. God is not simply giving us the bare necessities of life but he is giving us milk for nourishment and wine and rich food for enjoyment. God here is painting a picture of a feast, he's calling people to come and enjoy him to take pleasure and delight in him.
Psalm 16:11 says that in his presence is fullness of joy and at his right hand are pleasures forevermore .

Psalm 34:8 says
Oh, (M)taste and see that (N)the Lord is good!
    (O)Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!

Now let me make it very clear it's not about you worldly pleasures not about the things we can get in this world, it's not health and wealth but it is true joy and true delight in God an everlasting joy.

The most amazing part is that all of it is free. Not because we deserve it but because of the work of the suffering servant, Jesus Christ. We can buy without money and without price, because Jesus has paid the price by his blood.

hear, incline, listen diligently! (v3)
Verse 2 and 3
Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good,
    and delight yourselves in rich food.
3 Incline your ear, and come to me;
    hear, that your soul may live;
and I will make with you an everlasting covenant,
    my steadfast, sure love for (G)David.

So what do we do when we come to God are we here to just tell him oh God I want this I want that? so often that's what we do but here in verse two God is telling us to listen diligently, to incline your ears, to hear. God repeats 3 times to tell us to listen that our soul may live. When we come to God we posture ourselves to listen to him not to demand things from him but to listen. We are not here just for the things God give us. We are here for God himself. God says man does not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord. Listen so that your soul may live incline your ears. Loved ones don’t just go through the motion of church but listen diligently to the word of God. He is beckoning you to come. Forsake whatever you are chasing after and come to him and the text tells us that he will make an eternal covenant with you.
Remember the context this beautiful eternal covenant of peace he will make a covenant with you through the blood of Jesus Christ. How amazing, that the King of Kings, the creator of the world would make a covenant with us not because of how good we are but because of Jesus Christ and simply because we were thirsty and we came to him.

Isaiah 55:4-5
Quickly now the second and final point. God does not only invite us to come but

God invites us to …
Invite others
Behold, I made him a witness to the peoples,
    a leader and commander for the peoples.
5 Behold, you shall call a nation that you do not know,
    and a nation that did not know you shall run to you,
because of the Lord your God, and of the Holy One of Israel,
    for he has glorified you.

God makes Jesus a witness to the peoples
People will come to him
Jesus has now called us to be his witnesses

Acts 2:8 But you will receive (O)power (P)when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and (Q)you will be (R)my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and (S)Samaria, and (T)to the end of the earth.”

In 1 Peter 2:9 But you are (R)a chosen race, (S)a royal (T)priesthood, (U)a holy nation, (V)a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you (W)out of darkness into (X)his marvelous light

We are to call others, the amazing thing is that people will come

Rev 22:17 The Spirit and (AR)the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And (AS)let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the (AT)water of life without price.

O loved ones, let us be witnesses of the goodness of God and proclaim His excellencies who have called us out of darkness into his marvelous light.

Isaiah 55:6-7
Let me end with this. Now is the time. If you have not come to God yet. Now is the time.
Now is the time
6 Seek the Lord while he may be found;
    call upon him while he is near;
7 let the wicked forsake his way,
    and the unrighteous man his thoughts;
let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him,
    and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

Simply put, now is the time. Come to Him while he maybe found. You do now know when your time is up or when God will return. The grace and mercy of God will not be offered forever. If you are listening right now, now is the time, incline your ears, come to the waters and find true satisfaction in Jesus Christ.
Similarly, loved ones, now is the time to invite others. Now is the time to bid others to come.

Take heed of the word today

Today’s text is from Isaiah 55:1-7, so let’s take out your bible and follow me as I read.

1 Come, everyone who thirsts,
    come to the waters;
and he who has no money,

Come, buy wine and milk
    without money and without price.

And In chapter 52 and 53 we see that this servant will suffer and so we have this famous passage that we hear often in Easter in Isaiah 53 verse 5
)But he was pierced for our transgressions;
    he was crushed for our iniquities;
upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace,
    (J)and with his wounds we are healed
And because of the suffering servant we have chapter 54. God shows his people how he will be a husband to them and his steadfast love will never leave them. Which lead us to our passage today. What should the response of the people be? How can be participate in this covenant of peace. That’s the context of chapter 55. God is now inviting people to come to him. There are so much to cover in these verses and I won’t be able to cover all of them but I want to highlight 2 main points today of God’s invitation. First:

God invites us to ….
Isaiah 55:1-3
Come!
1Come, everyone who thirsts,
    come to the waters;
and he who has no money,
    come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk
    without money and without price.
2 Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread,
    and your labor for that which does not satisfy?
Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good,
    and delight yourselves in rich food.

Come, buy wine and milk
    without money and without price.
2 Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread,
    and your labor for that which does not satisfy?
Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good,

TEXT: Psalm 63:1

James Montgomery Boice once wrote – There are 3 types of people in any Christian gathering: There are those who are Christians in name only. They seem to be following after God and Jesus Christ and say they are, but theirs is a false following…The second class are those who are following Jesus but are following “at a distance” like Peter at the time of Jesus’ arrest. The third type are those who, as Murdock Campbell suggests, ‘in storm and sunshine, cleave to him and enjoy daily communion with him.’ These people want God, and they want him intensely, because they know that he and he alone will satisfy the deep longing of their souls..”

The satisfaction that you are looking for today can only be found through:

1 – DESIRING GOD – V.1

2  – DILIGENCE TOWARDS GOD – V.1b

John Piper – "If you don't feel strong desires for the manifestation of the glory of God, it is not because you have drunk deeply and are satisfied. It is because we have nibbled so long at the table of the world. Our soul is stuffed with small things, and there is no room for the great."

3  – DESPERATION FOR GOD – V.1c
